Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 25- 60 years 2. Subjects who are housewife only 3. Subjects who are willingly interested

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subject with any neurological problem 2. History of any heart disease 3. Subjects who are pregnant
