Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the newly diagnosed cases of Rheumatic Heart Disease as per the WHF Criteria irrespective of age and sex will be included from CTVS and Cardiology department of IMS, BHU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pt. with previous existing RHD diagnosis.

SEVERE MITRAL STENOSIS valve area less than 1cm sq. mean gradient greater than 10 mm hg pulmonary artery systolic pressure greater than 50 mm hg MODERATE MITRAL STENOSIS valve area 1-1.5 cm sq. mean gradient 5- 10 mm hg pulmonary artery systolic pressure 30-50 mm hg MILD MITRAL STENOSIS valve area greater than 1.5cm sq. mean gradient less than 5 mm hg pulmonary artery systolic pressure less than 30 mm hg Timepoint: 30 to 60 days
