Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.First time stroke survivors 2.Patients between the age- group of 40-70 years 3.Both genders will be included 4.Patients with intact sensory function on the affected upper extremity 5.Upper extremity spasticity less than or equal to 1+ on Modified Ashworth scale 6.Brunnstrom hand recovery stages of 4, 5 for shoulder and elbow recovery stages of 4, 5 7.Patients who demonstrate cognitive function on MoCA scale (defined as score >19/30) 8.Patients who demonstrate an ability to independently maintain sitting posture. 9.Able to perform/ initiate little finger extension and/or shoulder abduction 10.Minimum Score of 7 or more as evaluated on the Trunk Impairment Scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with visual, auditory deficits 2.Patients having any other co-existing neurological conditions/ deficits 3.Patients having any associated or pre-existing musculoskeletal/ neurological conditions impairing the hand functions 4.Patients who are unwilling/ unable to participate
