Interventions

Intervention1: Brief cognitive behaviour therapy: It would consist of psychological techniques of conceptualization of disorder, cognitive restructuring, and exposure excecrises. Control Intervention1
would not be exposed to any treatment condition by investigators

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Diagnosis of anxiety disorder as per DSM-5 or ICD-10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: current moderate to severe depression, substance dependence, and CBT exposure in the preceding six months. Participants will be randomized to bCBGT or waitlisted control groups.
