Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly individuals of age group 60-70 years 2.Stable vitals at rest 3. Willingness of the subject to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute infection or any recent illness 2. Presence of any major musculoskeletal, cardiovascular or neurological condition limiting cognition and mobility
