Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paediatric patients ( <14 yrs) undergoing on pump cardiac surgery at Army Hospital R&R, for various indications will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient in whom epidural catheter is not inserted due to various reasons ( patient refusal, infection over the spine, coagulation disorders, emergency cases, suprasystemic PAH, any association with syndrome, patients with dysrhythmias, patient on intraââ?¬â??aortic balloon counter pulsation (IABP), and patient on antiplatelet agent, low molecular weight heparin or heparin infusion) will be excluded from the study.
