Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of either gender aged above 60yrs who were admitted in the department of general medicine between January 2019 to december 2019 diagnosed with any disease and prescribed with atleast one drug.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical Records with incomplete information.
