Inclusion criteria: •Age above 18 years •Surgical patients •Cross consultation for comorbidities, advised during PAC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Parturients /pediatric patient •Patient refusal •Cross consultation for other conditions (eg, infections,medicolegal documentations) •Bedside PAC
