Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute or sub-acute low back pain Postural syndrome and dysfunction syndrome According to McKenzie classification Work more than 5 hours per day Working days 6 days per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any previous spine surgery Spinal pathology Cardiac disease patient Pregnancy
