Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients confirmed to be positive for COVID -19 infection by RT-PCR test, willing toparticipate in the study.Symptomatic, Adults of age > 18 yrs and both sexes, adult females without pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: COVID- negative, not willing to participate, <18 yrs of age, Pregnant females

In future serological testing can be useful for screening and to know the severity of disease among COVID19 positive patients.Timepoint: At the time of admission, after one week of admission and at the time of discharge or worsening of symptoms (if before one week)

We compare the antibody response between symptomatic and asymptomatic individual and correlate the variation of antibody titre with severity of disease among COVID 19 positive patientsTimepoint: 02 MONTHS
