Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i)Systemically healthy patient without CLP ii)Patients with repaired CLP before initiation of orthodontic treatment iii)Patient with repaired CLP undergoing orthodontic treatment at any stage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Patients who have undergone oral prophylaxis 6 months prior to the study. ii)Patients who were advised antibiotic therapy during last 3 months due any dental/medical condition.
