Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children less than 18 years who present with fever and/or respiratory symptoms with the following underlying conditions All oncology children (solid tumors and hematological malignancies) who are undergoing chemotherapy/ radiotherapy or both Immunocompromised children with benign hematological conditions Primary immunodeficiency children Post Bone marrow transplant patients. Children whose family has given consent for participation in the study
