Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Married women of the age group: 20 to 45 years. 2.Patients having any two complaints either menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, or infertility and diagnosis of adenomyosis confirmed by TVS or any other diagnostic techniques. 3.Patients who are Yogya for Virechana, Basti and Uttarabasti. 4.Patients who are willing for the therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unmarried patients of age group 45 years. 2.Suspected Carcinoma of the reproductive tract. 3.Acute inflammatory diseases like Acute PID & STDs like HIV, VDRL, HBsAg, HCV positive females. 4.Congenital anomaly of the reproductive tract. 5.Systemic diseases like Diabetes (FBS >126mg/dl), Hypertension (â?¥140/100mmhg) , severe anemia (Hbâ?¤7%) 6.Patients Ayogya (contraindicated) and not willing for Virechana, Basti, and Uttarabasti.
