Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Any patient more than 18 years of age presenting to the Emergency Department of JSS Hospital undergoing Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) for airway or breathing management.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients in cardiorespiratory arrest/crash intubation Trauma patients Patients requiring surgical airway at presentation itself Patients with spine pathology which prohibits positioning
