Inclusion criteria: Neonates undergoing surgery under general anesthesia Haemodynamically stable neonates

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe sepsis Haemodynamically unstable neonates

To evaluate the levels of S-Adenosylmethionione following sevoflurane anesthesia in neonatesTimepoint: Adenosylmethionine levels checked before starting sevoflurane and after cutting sevoflurane under general anesthesia

MeasureTime frame
To correlate between duration of sevoflurane exposure and S-AdenosylmethionioneTimepoint: Duration of sevoflurane anesthesia is calculated at the end and correlated with SAM levels
