Inclusion criteria: posted for modified radical mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Local anaesthetic allergy 3. Bleeding diathesis 4. Locally advanced breast malignancy with infiltration of chest wall 5. Deranged liver function
