Intervention1: eccentric training for the hamstring muscle: Eccentric resistance to slow the hip flexion moment was given and took 5 seconds to complete. The eccentric activity was performed six times

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All subjects were recruited on voluntary basis. Recreational badminton players (males and females)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with recent trauma in the past 6 months or history of any Orthopedic surgery were excluded from the study
