Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. archery players 2. neer impingement and hawkins sign positive 3. absence of deformities such as mesoacromion, degenerative arthritis on radiographic findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age above 25 2. not an archery player 3. patient under psychiatrics therapy 4. patient undergone previous shoulder surgery 5. evident rotator cuff tear on MRI scan
