Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Either sex Age 18-60 years ASA grade I and II Surgeries less than 3 hours duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patientâ??s refusal Patients allergic to study drug or any other substance. Spine deformity Pregnancy Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years ASA grade III and IV Difficult Airway Focal neurological deficits Morbid obesity (body mass index >40) Coagulation disorders Infection at the site of subarachnoid block (SAB) Preexisting peripheral neuropathy
