Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either gender, age 18 years or above, admitted in the Department of Orthopaedics, diagnosed with an orthopaedic problem, prescribed with at least one drug

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients referred to the psychiatric unit for evaluation. Incomplete Case files Patients admitted to Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
