Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years 2. Presented with an acute attack of NMOSD 3. Willing to give informed consent for inclusion in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Known allergic to plasma proteins 3. Mechanically ventilated patients 4. Patients with systemic autoimmune disorders (RA, SLE, etc) 5. Patients positive for viral markers like HBsAg, anti-HIV , anti-HCV and covid-19 positive by RT-PCR.
