Exclusion criteria: Patients With Neurological Disorder Unconscious Patients Patients Having Rib Fractures Uncooperative Patients Patients Unable To Tolerate Increased Work Of Breathing Hemodynamic Instability Recent Facial, Oral Or Skull Surgery Or Trauma Acute Sinusitis Epistaxis Esophageal Surgery Nausea Active Hemoptysis
