Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for Pharmacists: Registered pharmacist with appropriate D Pharm or B Pharm degree. Inclusion criteria for patients: Age above 18 years, both genders, patients with chronic health conditions like diabetes, hypertension and cardiac disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for Pharmacists: Non-qualified personnel working in the pharmacy. Exclusion criteria for patients: Age below 18 years, those not who are unwilling to provide the consent and with mental illness.

MeasureTime frame
Identification of barriers to the medicine chain supply during COVID-19 from pharmacistsâ?? and consumersâ?? perspective. Themes will be developed which may be useful for coming up with effective strategies to improve the medicine supply chain for such future crises.Timepoint: Interview will be conducted through telephone at single time point.
