Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected (presenting with dyspnea, fever, cough) or confirmed COVID-19 positive having SpO2 =90% with FiO2 =0.6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are suspected or confirmed COVID-19 and a. Not able to follow commands and prone by self b. Intestinal obstruction/perforation c. Recent abdominal or thoracic surgery d. Hemodynamically unstable (SBP 120) e. Physical habitus not permitting prone position f. Pregnancy ( >20 weeks) g. Unstable spine or unstable fracture h. Respiratory distress with use of accessory respiratory muscles i. SpO2 30) j. Patients on ventilator support
