Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health Care Personnel working directly or indirectly in covid areas who were tested covid positive by semi quantitative real-time reverse transcriptase– polymerase chain reaction or CBNAAT/ TrueNAT platforms on oropharyngeal samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non consenting people 2. Lost to follow up
