Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Systemically healthy patients. 2.Patients with localized and generalized chronic periodontitis with three-walled intrabony defects. 3.Full mouth plaque scores should be less than 15 %.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent periodontal therapy within 1 year. 2.Teeth indicated for extraction. 3.Patients having habit of consuming tobacco in any form. 4.Pregnant and lactating women. 5.Patients on any drug therapy which may affect the outcome of present study
