Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Doctors and nursing staffs involved in direct care of critically ill COVID-19 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HCWs providing indirect care (administrative management, indirect services such as housekeeping, laboratory services) to patients and those who have been posted in ICUs a total duration of less than 30 days will be excluded
