Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parous women between 25 to 40 years Female sexual function index questionnaire score is equal to or less than 23.6 out of 30 Pelvic organ prolapse grade 1 and 2 Subjects Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Presence of cognitive impairment Neurological conditions or degenerative diseases that could interfere muscle activation Pelvic organ prolapse garde 3 and 4 Active urinary tract infection
