Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 patient giving valid informed written consent patients undergoing elective surgical procedures under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3 or higher age range outside inclusion criteria pregnant lactating mothers drug alcohol abuse chronic pain,psychiatric disease,peripheral vascular disease anticipated difficult intubation hiatus hernia GERd patients on antihypertensive medications Ischemic heart disease cardiac disease renal /hepatic disease
