Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 who Underwent anyone of the cardiac surgery coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic valve repair replacement, mitral valve repair replacement tricuspid valve repair replacement 2 who will be not on inotropic or vasopressor agents 3 who will be able to ambulate on the 2nd day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patient who require more than 24 hours of mechanical ventilation. 2 patient who are in need of surgical re intervention. 3 patient who had the history/ risk of Arrhythmias and Angina. 4 patient who are disoriented 5 patient who neurological and muscular disorders. 6 patient who Are not willing to participate in the study.
