Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 with severe hypoxemia, requiring invasive mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) age b) k/c/o CAD/ cardiac rhythm disorder c) BMI > 40 kg/m2 d) pregnant patients e) patients with coagulopathy/ bleeding disorder f) patients with motor/ neuromuscular disorder
