Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 - 60 YEARS of age ASA 1 and 2 physical status classification of either gender who are undergoing primary percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with serum creatinine > 2mg/dl history of allergy to any study drug un cooperative to use of PCA
