Intervention1: LOW LEVEL LASER THERAPY PLUS MINOXIDIL 5%: LLLT on scalp for 11 minutes duration twice a week plus topical minoxidil 5% solution on scalp twice daily, for 12 weeks duration

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least 1 month history of hair loss or thinning having no other hair loss disorders aged 17-45 years males. Patients with male pattern hair loss with Norwood-Hamilton grade 2a to 4 will be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Female sex. Patients not giving consent. Patients on oral finasteride or minoxidil or any modality of treatment for last 6 months. Patients on any anti androgen drugs like spironolactone, cyproterone, ketoconazole, topical estrogen, progesterone, tamoxifen and anabolic steroids. Having trauma or infection or scarring present at the affected site.
