Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases of covid 19 pneumonia who were diagnosed as COVID positive >=15 days back or antibody positive and continue to be breathless symptomatically, have SPo2 =10 and CORADS-4/5/6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients having other interstitial lung diseases. - Patient having CKD or creatinine clearance -Not fulfilling the criteria for study -Not giving consent for study.
