Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on signs and symptoms of Otomycosis.i.e. Pain, Itching, Discharge, Aural blockage, Deafness, Tinnitus, Fungal hyphae in Microscopic Examination, Inflammation and Ulcer in EAC (Patients with one or more than one diagnostic criteria along with Fungal Hyphae/Spore will be included)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patients aged below 18 years and above 70 years will be excluded. • Patients having perforated tympanic membrane. • Patients having atticoantral type of CSOM. Patients suffering from any chronic debilitating disease like Ca, Kochâ??s, HIV etc will be excluded from study.
