Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any patient more than 18 year of age attending Emergency Medicine Department and undergoing endotracheal intubation for airway or breathing management.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 year Patient in cardiac arrest with ongoing CPR Overt tracheal injury Open thoracic wound Patient requiring surgical airway
