Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both sexes between 18-30 Years of Age 2. Routine surgeries for impacted mandibular third molar removal and bilateral sagittal split osteotomies with a post-operative sensory deficit in areas supplied by Inferior alveolar nerve. 3. All the cases of the post-op sensory deficit without visible transection of the inferior alveolar nerve during surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with existing diabetic and other neural disorder, pre-existing inferior alveolar nerve deficit. 2) Patients unwilling to commit a long follow up term. 3) Patients with visible transection of the inferior alveolar nerve at the time of surgery.
