Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients aged 18 years and above diagnosed as acute hypoxemic respiratory failure with covid positive status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: facial abnormalities non cardiogenic pulmonary oedema patients who do not give consent
