Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical students whose Perceived stress scale score ranging 14 to 40

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical students 1.Who are already in practice of Yoga-Nidra 2.Known History Of psycho-somatic disorders 3.Perceived stress scale below 13
