Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: undergoing tonsillectomy for chronic tnsillitis/recurrent acute tonsillitis/chronic tonsillar hypertrophy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Bleeding disorders 2)weight <10kg
