Inclusion criteria: All Patients Diagnosed with Bipolar affective Disorder aged above 18 years. Either Gender. Minimum of 2 Drugs per prescription

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate in the study Incomplete information record. Pregnant women and lactating mothers
