Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the diabetic patients of age above 18 years and either gender on insulin therapy for more than 6 months. Patients are willing to answer the questions of KAP(self-administration or administration by caregivers).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients unable to give informed consent. Patients with mental illness. Pregnant women. Critically ill patients
