Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years. In need of one or more implants, replacing tooth that require extraction (e.g. Root stumps, poor endodontic prognosis, fractured tooth, etc) Sufficient apical bone allowing for immediate implant placement. Patients willing to accept the treatment protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised patients e.g.-uncontrolled diabetes Patients who are on medications that could interfere with wound healing and bone metabolism. Absence of buccal plate or failure to maintain the integrity of socket wall during extraction. Pregnant and lactating females. Evidence of Malocclusion, or Crowding or any other local factors complicating the overall prognosis of the area receiving implant.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this clinico-radiographic study is to assess bone volume changes in sites after immediate implant placement in cases where the jumping space has been filled with Sticky Bone.Timepoint: baseline to 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the clinical and radiographic status of site/sites before placement of immediate implant. To evaluate the post-operative clinical and radiographic status of bone after placement of immediate implant with Sticky Bone. To find out any possible difference between the two and the extent to which the sticky bone can prevent the bone loss after implantation.Timepoint: baseline to 6 months
