Inclusion criteria: Burning sensation in both palms and soles Tingling sensation Muscle weakness Numbness Parched tongue

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non diabetic Age below 40 and above 70 Idiopathic polyneuropathy Drug induced neuropathy Alcoholic neuropathy
