Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed Type 2 diabetes mellitus subjects with less than 5 years of duration and on medication. Non insulin dependent subjects HbA(1c) levels ranging from 6.4% to 8% . Subjects with age ranging from 40 to 60 years. BMI ranging from 25 to 29.9 kg/m2. Subjects scoring mild to moderate in The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) stress questionnaire Subjects willing to participate in the study. Physical activity questionnaire scoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin dependent subjects. Diagnosed cases of diabetes neuropathy. Diagnosed cases of osteoporosis, active inflammation, tumors, metabolic bone diseases. Past history of any spinal surgeries less than one year. Any skin infections and open wounds at mobilization site. Non ambulatory, vertigo, postural hypo or hypertension. Recent diagnosed cases of myocardial infract, unstable angina, uncontrolled severe hypertension. Pregnant women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Fasting blood glucose and random blood glucose level. Physical activity questionnaire. Timepoint: fasting blood glucose taken on 1 and 21 day of intervention in both the group and random blood glucose levels immediate per and post intervention thrice a week for 3 weeks Physical activity questionnaire pre and post 21 days intervention
