Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females with vaginal delivery only underwent either episiotomy or secondary perineal tear. 2. Patients who are in sutikakala till first rajodarshan. 3. Diagnosed with constipation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive swelling, gaping at perineal stitches. 2. Septicemia of wound. 3. Third or fourth degree perineal tear.
