Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with dengue fever. Patients admitted in the hospital minimum of 2 days. Patients admitted in the hospital during january 2018 to december 2019.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete records. Pregnant patients.

MeasureTime frame
To estimate the cost of illness by calculating the direct medical cost of patients treated for Dengue fever. To study the different types of drug prescribed. To study the clinical presentations of the disease.Timepoint: Single Points

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The result of the study will highlight the economic burden on the patients suffering from the dengue . The prescription pattern will give the idea about the drug cost and trends of prescribing pattern.Timepoint: Single points
