Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 2 .Patients undergoing unilateral total knee replacement 3. ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) grade upto 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of bleeding diathesis or prior vascular surgery on femoral vessels on operative side 2. Severe renal insufficiency 3. Pre existing lower extremity neurological abnormality
