Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient willing to give informed consent 2 History of cough for more than 2 weeks fever chest pain hemoptysis weight loss loss of appetite night sweats fatigue 3 Sputum positive for acid fast bacilli

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients not willing to give informed consent 2 Age less than 15 years 3 Patients on antiplatelets anticoagulant drugs 4 Patients with history of bleeding diathesis
