Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Immediate post-partum lactating women with breast engorgement >=4 on six point breast engorgement scale 2.Females willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Malignant tumor of breast 2.Mastitis 3.Breast Abscess 4.Bleeding or cracked nipples.
